All California Cages are made with 100% US made industrial qualtiy parts, which gives the cage a strong and durable structure. Also, each cage is covered with nontoxic powder coat to provide a durable and attractive finish. Our powder coating system is custom made and lab tested to meet our safety standards.

Our cages are carefully packaged with Styrofoam corner protectors covered with a 6-mil plastic shrink-wrap. This enables our customers to un-package the cage easier with less packaging material and better protection than cardboard

California Cages Company was one of the first companies to ever use powdercoat to finish cages. This trend quickly caught on with our others cage brands; nonetheless, our powder coat process is second to none. Our system has three major steps to assure a durable finish.

These steps include the following:
      Pretreatment System
·A 5 stage power wash system that includes Iron Phosphate and Non-chromate Sealer. The complete system is statistically processed in order to control chemical concentration, total dissolved solids, solution temperature and PH balance.

      Application
·Our conveyorized powder coating system is designed for high volume of production. It is programmed to deliver premium quality time after time with amazing consistency.

      In House Laboratory
·All California Cages are quality inspected for thickness, hardness, impact, adhesion and chemical cure by our in house laboratory. Out laboratory gives the ability to gather vital processing and pricing information prior to production. Another distinct advantage of this testing facility is the quality testing for incoming cages.
